POTP For Sasha Please

Hi, this is Sasha's Mom.

Sasha has not been feeling well for a few days with a dry cough and some heavy breathing.

We took her to the Vet and after doing x-rays and blood work, they determined that she has a heart condition.

Her heart is slightly enlarged, but the feeling is that we caught it very early.

She seems fine otherwise, eating and drinking very well. 

She is basically her usual sassy self. 

She will be on medication and we need to change her diet to very low sodium.

Please keep Sasha in your prayers and please cross paws for her.

I know she will be fine, we are taking very good care of her.

Sasha will be back to her blog very soon.

A Day Late

Hi my pals, I hope you all had a very Happy Hoppy Easter with your families.

Mommy and Sissy and Boyfriend all took dinner to the hospital for Daddy and then we had some dinner together at home later on. 

Here I am in Sissy's very dirty piggy messy  lovely and cozy car.

 I told Sissy, I will drive to see MY DADDY!

She said no, so I had to stay home(sad face).

After they got back I got to do my Easter egg hunt. 

I am sorry I am a day late in posting this Frankie and Ernie, but better late then never.

Right??

First I had to search all over the house(really just the family room) and I found my treat filled eggs.

The bunny was good to me this year.

I have already rescued my goodies, they were not fast enough to catch me in the act.

The big purple one was a little harder to crack, but I did it!

Here I am collecting all my loot.

I got a whole bag of my favorite Pupperoni and some greenies just my size.

I also got a whole bag of my favorite bacon snacks.

Thank you Easter Bunny!!!

I will post some more soon with my mini me and more aftermath.

I forgot to mention when I showed you my beautiful Clara's collar and leash, that it was our handsome pal Sarge who I won it from.

Thanks again Sarge and he even threw in the leash as a bonus.

Happy Hoppy Easter

Hi my pals, Happy Hoppy Easter to all of you from all of us!!!!!!

Mommy has been very busy spending time at the hospital and she hasn't been able to keep up with my blog.

I am trying to be patient and understanding but it is very hard.

Daddy had the first (of many) surgeries on his foot and so far so good.

He is doing ok right now.

Mommy and Sissy and Boyfriend are going to bring him a nice Easter dinner tomorrow.

We have some pictures of me to get caught up on some of my activities.

I hope you enjoy them.

I won a beautiful new leash and collar from an auction recently. Mommy wanted to save it for Spring and now I can finally use it!

Hi my pals, Mommy and I get a little lonely around here without Daddy right now.

Mommy has decided that finding new mental tortures for me would be a good way to pass time.

I DON'T AGREE!!!

Mommy just hand me the treat and we can find other ways to pass time.

Another Daddy update by Sasha

Hi my pals, thank you again to all of you for sending such nice wishes and prayers for my Daddy.

I miss him so much that I got all laser eyed and a little crazy.

We found out that now Daddy has to stay in the hospital for 6 WEEKS!!

I don't know how long that is, but it feels like a loooooooong time.

Mommy says she is sorry she hasn't  been commenting much, but she is all crazy herself right now.

We miss you all and will be around soon. 

I have been crossing paws and snuggling with Mommy when she is home.

I think it makes her feel better.

I love all my pals and hope to be around to visit soon.

Please keep my Daddy in your prayers.

p.s. This is the Mommy, her Daddy has a deep infection in his bone and they are blasting him with antibiotics and he has several specialists attending to him. It will take time but they have to clear this up or he could lose his foot. Sasha has been very sweet and snuggly, but I know she misses him. Thank you for prayers and kind thoughts.

A Daddy Update by Sasha

Hi my pals, Mommy and I want to thank you all very much for all of the prayers and good wishes.

POTP POTP POTP POTP!!

Daddy played a game of (had an )operation today to take out a cloud(clot) of blood in his leg. 

He is doing good and it went real good.

The doctors hope now that his circulation will get better and help heal his bad foot infection.

We still need prayers please, but I think he will be ok now.

I miss him so much and Mommy keeps leaving me to go and see him.

I don't like any of this!

Hi my pals, I have something to ask all of you.

Will you cross paws with me please, my Daddy is in the hospital and is pretty sick.

I miss him and want him to come home soon.

p.s. this is Sasha's Mom, her Dad is a diabetic and has had a kidney transplant and was doing very well. He has begun to have circulation problems in his leg and there is a chance he may have to have part or all of it amputated. I am praying that he gets better so that doesn't have to happen.

Will you please pray for him and thank you!

A Change in the Weather

Hi my pals and woooooooooooohoooo, we had a nice day out, the sun was shining and I even got to go potty right on the grass!!

I got to go for a car ride with Sissy and Boyfriend, it was pawsome.

Guess what???

It got real cold and snowed again.

I am back to snugging inside with Mommy.

I don't get it, but I hope Mommy Nature Goose(or whatever she is called) gets her act together soon.
