Sasha's Thursday Thoughts

I would like to share a cool website with you and you can get some free stuff that is important for pets. http://www.aspca.org/about-us/free-aspca-stuff/free-pet-safety-pack.html

"Help keep your pets safe with a free pet safety pack from the ASPCA! In the event of an emergency, our pet rescue window decal alerts rescue personnel that pets are inside your home. The safety pack also includes an ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center magnet—a great way to keep the APCC's toll-free emergency number and website address handy in case your pets get into something they shouldn't!"

Now I do sometimes get into things I shouldn't , but nothing serious so far. Mom keeps locks on some of the cabinets and I bet that is where the bad stuff is, but in case I do it would be good to know who to call. You just fill out the form on-line, no stamps and easy as can be. They told us it would take 6-8 weeks. I wonder if that is a long time, well everything seems like a long time to me.

licks and sniffs, Sasha

That's a good idea Sasha, mom just wanted to protect us from harm. In fact, Al locked the cabinets containing toilet papers 'cos I'm fond of chewing them arp arp. Ewww.

Sasha, that's a very smart thought for today. I have seen these before but have never ordered one, Miss Cindi Lou Who says I should do that today(I think she is hoping they will put a kitty toy in the packet).

Thanks for the info Sasha. I Gus when I was small ate something. Mom and Dad still don't know what it was but I began to have seizures. I ended up the the hospital for 3 days on an IV.. Dad has since then gotten rid of all the plants that are bad for dogs.. You never know when you might need that number...

I'm too lazy to get into anything in the house, and outside there's way too much poop to eat to worry about other stuff!

Mommy told me about one of her Doberman's... Jude never got into anything. But then one day Mommy found an empty spool for some orange ribbon. She thought the kids took it until she realized Jude wasn't eating. He ended up in surgery. When he wasn't getting better, they found out the dye for the ribbon was toxic. Mommy sat up with him one night making him breathe! He live several years after that.

Thanks Sasha I will make sure to visit that site and place an order. My brother like to be a mush mouth on the floor, and you never know what he will get into.

And may I say you are having a wonderful fluffy hair day today!

Thanks for the great tips Sasha! Just yesterday Annabelle was thinking about getting into fertilizer that MY HUSBAND left sitting out. I'm going to share your post with him.

Also, pleasae tell Anne thank you for the lovely comment she left on our blog. It was so nice to share our wonderful day with people who understand the sheer joy of animals and children or grandchildren.

My SIL put photos at the top and the bottom of that post. If you or Anne want to come back, you can see where we took our marvelous ride.

HUGS!
