Storms and POTP for Thunder

Thunder and his family need us all to come together in love and support right now.

His family got some sad news from the doctor.

I know we are all crossing paws for our sweet pal.

My heart hurts for them.

Hi my pals, I hope you are all safe and sound.

We have had some crazy storms and I have been kind of nervous.

It rained like crazy  and I don't think it was cats and dogs. I think it was more like elephants and hippos,  cause there was water everywhere.

We are fine now, but I don't like storms.

I wanted to show you my pal Smokey Joe.

He was rescued by Boyfriend and I showed you him before. He is so happy now and everyone says he is a lovey boy.

It makes me feel so good when our pals find good furever homes.

My Sister has been making jewelry and she wants to start selling it.

I told her about my pals on Etsy, so she is gonna check it out.
There is tons more, but these are my favorites. The top is giraffe earrings and then a breast cancer awareness bracelet and then a fairy tale bracelet.
I just wanted to show off cause I am so proud of her.

Here we are snugging together.

Having a good family is just the best!!!

Paws crossed for all of our sick pals

Hi my pals and how ya be???

I am celebrating with Ranger The Adventures of Ranger - the scottie pup  today for  "Sunglasses Day"!!

Go visit Ranger cause he is super cool and fun.

This was a recent day at the park. I saw something in the sky, but Mommy said it was just a bird.

Here I am chillaxing with my Daddy outside and helping him cook some goodies on the grill. I am a very good helper to him outside.

Here is some of the goods. Yumsicles!!

I know that all of my pals and peeps are aware of all these things.

I thought I would post these anyway in case you want to pass them on to someone who might not realize how scary 4th of July can be.

I hate fireworks!!!!

I will leave you with some smiles(I hope) and I love my pals.

"Mini-Me" Goes To Work Day

Hi to all of Sasha's friends.

 My name is MiniSash.

Last Friday was "Take Your Pet To Work Day" and since Sasha is sometimes a little too "protective" of her family, she couldn't go for fear she might do something not very ladylike.

I volunteered to go in her place.

Here I am at Sisters desk ready to perform my duties.

I like to use the "jump and pounce" method of typing. It takes longer but the results can be very interesting. I am showing her about Etsy.

Sister was pretty impressed.

The "mouse" was much easier to use and I was quite helpful there. I don't understand why it is called a "mouse". I am going to have to ask Sasha to ask Mayor Madi about that. She might know, being a kitty and all.

Using the headset was a bit difficult because of my size. I did give it a try, but lets just say, it didn't go well.

It was a big day and I am very happy to be back home in my chair. It is time for a nap. I hope you enjoyed my day at the office. Thank you Sasha for letting me have your blog today.

You are welcome MiniSash.

 I love my Sister!!!

Maybe next year I can go.

Magic Bubbles Journey With Tweedles

Hi my pals, I hope you are all having a nice weekend. I have been worried lately about some of our pals who aren't doing good right now.

I was talking to my best pal Tweedles"Through the eyes of Tweedles"  about it and we have decided it is time for a magic bubble journey.

A while ago,  Tweedles showed me about magic bubbles that she found in her forest.

Magic bubbles spread love, joy, hope and all kinds of good feelings when a pal needs it most.

I was so excited when we took our first magic bubble journey. It feels so good to help  our pals.

We have some right now who need a little extra loving.  "Are you ready Tweedles?"

"Yes Sasha I have loaded as many magic bubbles as we could carry, now lets GO!!!"

Our first stop is for Benny in California at Two French Bulldogs. I know that we all know that Benny is pretty sick "Fighting Like A Frenchie" to kick the big C in its butt!!

"Sasha, Lily is being a very good nurse to him and she needs extra love too".

"I agree Tweedles, Lily needs us as well".

"That felt good, now who is next?"

"Tweedles, now it is time to go visit our pals The Chronicle of Woos." Thunder, Ciara, Phantom and Lightning all live in Kansas.

"Sasha I have heard that Thunder is not feeling well and I think a huge dose of bubbles might help him"

"Dropping bubbles on the Woo's"

"Sasha that was a great journey, I will drop you off at home and then I am going to rest"

"Thanks Tweedles, I am gonna rest too and lets close our eyes and cross our paws that our pals will be better"

"That sounds good Sasha, sweet dreamzzzzzzzzzzzzzz"

Super Moon

Presenting the one, the only, the famous SUPER MOON!!!

The Myth of the Supermoon

The perpetuation of the supermoon myth is mostly motivated by desire for publicity. But much of what we call the supermoon is just our eyes playing tricks on us.

Beware the continuing media hype about supermoons. The upcoming supermoon, technically occurring at 7:32 a.m. (EDT) this Sunday in North America, will no doubt have some in a tizzy, so here are the facts.

The term “supermoon” was first coined by astrologer Richard Nolle to describe the full or new Moon when it's less than 223,000 miles (359,000 km) from Earth. That’s about 6% closer than the average Earth-Moon distance, which is 239,000 miles.

Despite being closer than usual, supermoons are rather ordinary and, by Nolle’s definition, take place several times a year. But the media won’t hype that up — can you imagine headlines publicizing “Come out and see the Moon that's a little bigger than normal!” or “Look out for this amazing event that happens several times a year!” — yeah, me neither.

Over the next few days, you might hear startling statistics about size and brightness increases this weekend, but don’t be fooled. This supermoon will only be about 7% larger than the average full moon. Most sources advertise a 14% size increase because they're comparing it with the smallest full moon of the year.

Then what is there to look forward to? As always, a full Moon is a great opportunity for astrophotography — it’s so bright that you only need exposures of a fraction of a second, just like daylight photos. The supermoon technically happens at 7:32 a.m. (EDT) on Sunday morning, but the Moon will shine just about as full and bright at sunset on Saturday as it will at sunset on Sunday.

And despite the fact that the supermoon isn't as extraordinary as some might have you think, any full Moon is still a spectacular sight to behold.

My pals those are scientific facts, but I know why it is called "Super Moon"

My sweet Remington may have moved his research center, but I have a feeling the "Super" in the moon is all from my sweety to us. He is telling us, he is doing good and watching over us and shining bright.

Besides, he needs a bigger place to play football.
You will always be in my heart sweet Remington, you and no other.

He always told me he loved me to the moon and back.

Will you howl with me and if you listen closely, I think you will hear Remington.

Sleep well my pals under the Super Moon

Mr. Chewy Sample

Hi my pals I am so excited. I get to do a product sampling from Mr. Chewy!!

I know a lot of my pals do these, but this is my first so I hope I do a good job.

I love Mr. Chewy, he sends me treats all the time.

My treat is Orijen Regional Treat and it is freezed dried
http://www.chewy.com/s/orijen

The ingredients are:
ranch raised wild boar
black angus beef
free range lamb
all delivered fresh.

They are made in Canada

Pros

They are small for my bite, I like that.

The ingredients are fresh and all natural. No preservatives.

They don't cook them or anything, they are flash freeze dried so they just taste good and fresh.

They are freezed dried so I can pretend I am a dogonaut in outer space.

They are very tasty and Mommy says they smell good.

Cons

Hmmmm...none that I can think of, so bring them on!!

I love them and I hope you will try some and tell them "Sasha sent you". I don't know why, I just always wanted to say that.

I hope I did this ok and remember to keep paws crossed for our Benny Two French Bulldogs.
