Mom got over to Target and unfortunately they had some pet costume supplies already in the dollar area. Mom loves the dollar area, she can spend forever there I am told.
This is how I choose to wear my princess hat. It is my interpretation and I think it looks better this way.
Now if I could just get it off and hide it somewhere.
My Mom wants me to tell you that I have been a good girl lately and am improving in some areas. When the bad man was here to check on the kitchen progress, I did bark at first, but after Mom made me sit and told me to shush a few times, I did give in and sit quietly next to her. This is progress for me. We have also been playing a game called "targeting" Mommy puts her hand out and calls me, I touch her hand and I get a small treat or a scratch behind the ears(my favorite). Well now when they open the door and I accidently(on purpose) run out without my leash, Mommy just calls me and puts out her hand and for the past 2 weeks, I come right to her or my sis or Dad. I can't go out without my leash in the front because I have this crazy obsession with chasing cars or bikes or anything going past me fast. Mom is afraid to ever let me out without a leash because I might chase and get hurt or worse. I did get out once, when I first came to live here and it was very scary for her. She just wanted me to show you I can be a good girl and not sassy all the time.

I'm glad my mom doesn't like to shop! I don't think I'd like to wear hats. Mom doesn't make me wear a leash either. But we live away from the road.
Sometimes she lets me walk with her to the road, but I always stop before we get to the end of the driveway. I wish you could live on a farm like me. Then you could run and run and still be safe!

I am so glad Mom does not shop for me as I am "hard to fit". I only have my Snoopy T-shirt cuz Pawpa couldn't find a sweater that fit. You look pretty in your hat though even if it doesn't "sit" right on your head.

Yeah the leash, one time AL let me walk without a leash but only for a few minutes 'cos I always gets out of the way, especially when I meet cats along the way.

We do targeting too! It comes in handy. Yeah, we both tend to bolt out the front door and never go out without a leash.
Sorry about your mom's bad fashion sense. At least you didn't wear that silly hat on your head.
Ask your mom if she can get down at your level sometimes to take photos.

Wooos1 I am glad your Mom does not make you wear the hat like a bi-ped would, I think it is silly anyway, and I would have shredded it. Mom makes me always have a leash too, she knows that I have this running instinct and I am not to be trusted at all, I have made too many escapes, with Mom getting very upset with me too....

I am glad your learning some new stuff that will make it less stessful for your mom. However my moms would NEVER trust me to come in certain situations even if they had a steak, because I seem to make a game out of everything- and sometimes it certainly is not game time especially when your loose in the Home Depot parking lot!
