Hi my Pals as you know the Mayorz Marathon is coming soon and I know you are all out working hard to get ready for it.
Today I would like to stress the impawtance of drinking plenty of fluids during your workouts. There are many ways to do this.
I am too short for this method, but I am told by other pals that it does work. Please be careful not to fall in.
With this method, you can get fresh water from home and have your trainer carry the bottle for when you need it.
I can tell your from experience that puddles(not Puddles) can be quite delicious. Be careful to sniff first to check for strange odors. My Mom does not approve of this, but I have a hard time passing one up.
These outdoor free water stations are nice also, but again, I am short so it works better for a larger pal.
I know these are often used for beer, but if you can find one that fits, water can be used and you will have it with you whenever you need it.
I am sure you can come up with other ideas on your own, but the point remains, drink lots of fluids while training.
My sweet BFF and Pal Ruby will encourage another kind of liquid, but I recommend this after training. I can tell you from experience that you won't get much done after a few of these.
"What did we do last night??"
"Why does my head hurt??"
Here I am after a night of drinking with Ruby, so I suggest water for training, Rubyritas after training is done.
"Seriously Ruby, what was in that drink???"
